While I work with all demographics, I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ relationships and individuals.
I specialize in working with relationships and have completed my Externship in Emotionally-Focused Therapy and the Levels I and II training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I use evidence-based practices when working with individuals such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
I know it is hard to reach out for help with relationship issues and mental health concerns. Building trust takes time and I focus the beginning of our therapy on establishing a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I have specific experience working with: anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, self-esteem, and sexual dysfunctions.
