I also focus on relationships and attachment issues, navigating the complex entanglements of family, friendship, and romantic relationships, and on creating more safe, healthy, intimate, and loving relationships.
I believe that therapy should provide a secure and non-judgemental space in which you may begin to view with curiosity and process even the most frightening and toxic aspects of your past and inner world. We will examine the dynamic patterns from which your life is woven, and collaborate to establish healthy and meaningful new patterns in the present.
I also encourage the use of various verbal and nonverbal modes of expression in therapy, including art/imagery, writing/journaling, and working with dreams.
