Most of my clients are stressed and often feel overwhelmed by life and the circumstances they find themselves in. Some are feeling stuck and stagnating while others feel like changes are happening quicker than they can keep up with. Relationships, jobs, or family are often at the center of why they may feel anxious or depressed. Regardless of why, you are here, reading my profile, and likely ready for a change. Many of my clients feel this way when they reach out. Most of my clients are aged mid-20s through their 50s and are seeking to cope with relationships, careers, alcohol or substance use, or other stressors of being an adult.
Everyone’s needs are different. I do my best to tailor my approach to best address your needs. I integrate mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with clients interested in deeper work to address the roots of their struggles.
