Accepting New Clients! Are you feeling overwhelmed and worried about the challenges of daily life? You make it look not too bad on the outside, yet feel unfulfilled in relationships with your partner, family, friends, and coworkers. Lately, you've been doubting your self-worth and contribution. Life shouldn't constantly have to feel this stressful.
My goal is to help you understand problematic patterns and unhelpful thinking and to develop stronger awareness and regulation of your emotions through insight and healthy habits.
It takes courage to pursue therapy and talk about personal details with a professional. I am happy to speak with you more about the process of therapy, what to expect and discuss how it may be helpful. When you’re ready, let’s explore whether I might be a good fit for you.
