I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, substance use, ADD/ADHD, thought disorders, and other behavioral concerns as well. I use innovative approaches including but not limited to: CBT, strengths based, and family systems.
My goal is to provide an understanding, caring, and safe environment for you to address your reasons for seeking therapy. I meet you where you are at to develop a plan together to address your needs based on your strengths, talents, and attributes. I am able to see children, adolescents, and adults.
