My job is to help you unlock the secrets to your own happiness and productivity. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, and get tremendous fulfillment in seeing my clients succeed. I just recently completed the coursework for my PsyD doctorate and am writing my dissertation on the Causal Relationship Between Addiction and Attachment. I have 14 years of clinical experience offering EMDR therapy, substance abuse treatment, couples counseling, and have been trained in CBT-I interventions to address sleep difficulties.

I provide practical pragmatic skills and solutions for life problems, as well as psychoeducation to help clients understand why they have the problems they have.
