I have been working with youth of all ages and in a number of settings and roles for the last 25 years. I truly appreciate coming alongside to witness when everything comes together and their goals are met. I never take for granted the trust that my clients have put in me as they go through their therapeutic journey. I believe in a strength-based person-centered approach. Using those as my core, I bring in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), where I help clients identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them. In addition to working with thought replacement, I utilize helpful tools that will help cope with the moment.
