I primarily work with adults and older teens. I have worked in residential treatment settings for a decade before getting my clinical social work degree. I have a wide array of work experiences that allow me to respond to your needs in a therapeutic setting. At the end of the day, I also want to focus on the therapeutic relationship and building positive change both internally and externally in one's life. Though I do not believe there is one silver bullet therapeutic approach, I attempt to tackle problems from many angles to find the one that works for you.
I have worked with a wide range of clients and cases. I have a specialty in ACT, CBT, and addiction. I have also worked extensively with anxiety and depression. I take a style of meeting you where you are and work to improve through small and meaningful changes.
