I earned my Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Texas State University - San Marcos in 2001. I believe the trusting relationship and a safe, nonjudgmental environment is vital to effective therapy. I utilize Solution-Focused, traditional and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational, and Person-Centered techniques in my approach.
