Individuals navigating broken trust, grief, anxiety, sexual addiction, painful transitions, and the kind of emotional weight that makes everyday life heavier than it should be. I also offer faith-integrated counseling for those who want it — but it's never assumed or required.
I'm trained in EMDR — a powerful, evidence-based approach for processing trauma, anxiety, and painful memories that talk therapy alone hasn't resolved. I specialize in couples counseling using Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Prepare-Enrich to help partners rebuild trust, communicate clearly, and feel connected again.
My approach is warm but direct. You'll feel heard and challenged — because real change takes both. Whether we meet in person at my Midtown Tulsa office or through telehealth, my goal is to help you move from surviving to actually thriving.
