I have extensive experience working with individuals with complex trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, severe mental illness, Bipolar, traumatic experiences, grief, anger, stress, familial conflict, and substance abuse.
Andrew subscribes to a holistic person centered approach to therapy. In practice he utilizes EMDR, Supportive Counseling, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing to develop a plan that will work for you.
