Just being here is a HUGE first step. Life can feel overwhelming with relationships, self-doubt, or past wounds that won’t quite heal. Maybe you find yourself overthinking interactions, struggling with self-worth, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. When anxiety, depression, or ADHD add to the weight of it all, even small tasks can feel impossible. For couples, even strong relationships can feel fragile when communication falters, connection fades, or new desires emerge. I take a collaborative approach rooted in attachment & cognitive behavioral (CBT) theory, operating from the belief that real, lasting change happens when you feel safe, seen, and empowered. Together, we'll explore the past while also finding practical tools to navigate life’s current stressors, build resilience, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships.
