Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, or the loss of a loved one with a sense of feeling lost, hopeless, and without purpose? Are you struggling with life transitions & open to delving deeper to explore those issues? I primarily work with men like this, who have arrived at this point in life feeling "stuck" or "at a dead end," struggling with relationship issues and feeling disconnected & frustrated. My job is to help you re-negotiate your relationship with your feelings, see you as okay, and understand the meaning of your upbringing or narratives you've learned on "how you ought to be."
We will work to develop a greater sense of internal connection with values, beliefs, and emotions, gaining insight into their relationship with themselves and how they can change this relationship to better serve their needs. Ultimately, they would live their story differently, with a sense of security, confidence, and greater well-being.
Whether you are struggling to figure out how to overcome your issues or do not know exactly what is troubling you, we will determine that together. I will work with you to bring your problems into the light, where we can see them for what they are and what they are not: you. In doing so, we can rewrite your story to be what you need it to be for you.
