Counseling presents a unique opportunity for one to explore important life topics, improve on pressing issues, and build sustainable coping skills for hopeful life-long success. I have worked with a great, diverse group of clientele with a variety of presenting problems including anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, couples counseling, and interpersonal conflict. Some of my passions pertaining to mental health include destigmatizing mental health, social justice, and creating a safe space for all clients.

I am an integrative counselor, meaning I believe in using a variety of modalities and techniques to ensure the best treatment for my clients. Flexibility is key. I have found great success utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, strength based counseling, and much more!
