Held at Coot Lake in Boulder, this group combines reflective conversation, mindfulness, and catch-and-release fishing to foster emotional regulation, presence, and restoration. Guided by Andrew Koch, MA, LPC, sessions are drop-in and cost $25 each. Participants must bring their own gear and have a valid Colorado fishing license. Caregiver Gaming Group

Caregiver Gaming Group is a virtual therapy space for caregivers and helping professionals to explore grief, burnout, and identity through collaborative video games and reflective conversation. Facilitated by a licensed therapist, sessions blend unstructured gameplay with guided check-ins and group dialogue. Participants join via Discord on Mondays from 6:00–7:30 PM (MT). A brief intake screening is required to ensure fit. The group is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and designed for adults 18+. No weekly commitment is required. Contemplative Mental Health Leadership Group (CMHLG) is a free, biweekly professional development group for mental health clinicians, students, and supervisors. Grounded in contemplative values, each 90-minute session includes structured check-ins—personal, professional, administrative, and theoretical—followed by collaborative learning on themes like marketing, supervision, ethics, and community leadership. The group follows an annual arc focused on intrapersonal, interpersonal, institutional, and ideological growth. CMHLG fosters accountability, skill-building, and mentorship in a supportive setting.
