Are you feeling stuck in life? It takes courage to ask for help and the first step can be the hardest. However, the rewards can lead to a lifetime of fulfillment. I understand and have experienced the emotional challenges life can throw at you. In working together we will cultivate your growth by understanding the obstacles that you face and developing solutions that can help you gain control of your life and achieve your goals. Ultimately, leading to greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and most importantly, a more fulfilling life.
I am passionate about empowering my clients and reenergizing the human spirit. My specialties include, but are not limited to: Sport & Performance, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, and Self-Esteem issues. Through an integrated approach we will work collaboratively developing strategies that meet your needs and move you towards the better version of you.
I realize that life can be difficult and overwhelming at times. I work effectively with clients during these periods to help explore long-term life solutions. I use an empathetic solution-focused approach. I work with a wide variety of individuals, including athletes from pre-teen to adult. If you are interested in taking the first step, please contact me.
