Have you ever felt like something is off but you just can't seem to put your finger on it? On the surface you may seem fine to others, but underneath something is not right. I work from a psychodynamic lens, integrating mindfulness (ACT) and humanistic techniques. I prioritize a strong therapeutic relationship and offer a space for deep exploration. I also work with couples as a Level 1 Gottman-trained therapist, helping partners improve connection and communication.
