As a professional counselor, my approach is naturally electic and draws mostly from person-centered, solution-focused, humanistic, and cognitive based theories. I've had formal trainings in mindfulness, cognitive approaches, substance use disorders, motivational interviewing, logical reasoning, and moral theory.
One of my strengths is the ability to connect with clients quickly, while gathering important information. At times, therapy can be uncomfortable, as progress requires this.
