As a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LH61170692), I work with adult and adolescent clients 11+ to identify and create positive life changes. My approach to counseling is brief, strength-based, and solution-focused, my style, active, collaborative, and client-centered. Founded on the principles of positive psychology, my strength-based, solution-focused counseling model consists of three phases: (1) Clarification of the problem the client wants to resolve; (2) Identification of the solution to the client’s problem; and (3) implementation of solution-strategies to create positive changes.
My areas of clinical focus include personal and work-related stress, relationship enhancement, work-life integration, personal and career transitions, and effective management of anxiety and depression.
I have experience with and welcome clients from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, race, religious affiliations and/or sexual orientation. My services are conveniently deleivered via telehealth, and I offer evening and weekend appointment times.
