I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I utilize methods such as play therapy, family therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and more. My approach is flexible to the client's needs and individual context.
