Struggling to make a change and are feeling stuck, possibly feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression? I work with clients that may be going through a life transition and either need support in navigating that transition, or assistance in overcoming issues to even take that first step. I work with clients that may want to examine past experiences and work through them to better understand the impact they may have had on their thoughts and behavior today. I work with clients who are courageously open to examining their lives, what is or is not working, and collaborate with them to find a path to achieve the change they desire.
I utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach that empowers you in our sessions where you get to decide what you are comfortable with. I am most concerned about what works for you and meeting your needs. I utilize compassion and sometimes humor to help you feel seen and understood as we explore through the issues that you may be struggling with.
