Everyone is deserving of quality mental health care and support. I trust that you are the expert in your own life, you know what ails and aides yourself, and my role is to provide unconditional positive regard, empathy, and support as we collaboratively work together to identify goals and to create a plan to move toward them. I have worked with clients from ages 4 to 64 who have presented with a plethora of concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, adjusting through life transitions, breakups, academic concerns, and identity issues.
When working together, my highest priority is to be a partner in your mental health journey. Rather than pushing or pulling from behind or ahead, my goal is to walk alongside you as we discover what works best for you. It can take a lot of courage to ask for what you need or say something isn't working, my hope for you is that we are able to find your voice.
