I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 6 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults navigating challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, anger, stress, and behavioral issues. After serving 6 years in the United States Navy as an electronics technician, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, then pursued my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Georgia.
In my sessions, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy (PCT) approaches. I create a person-centered environment that fosters empathy and authenticity, allowing your story to emerge naturally. As this story unfolds, CBT becomes a valuable tool to help you rebuild a helpful belief paradigm.
