My role as your counselor is to assist you in being able to deal with life's issues. I have a fairly simple approach. I work with you to identify the root of the problems in your life (depression, anxiety, family conflict, stress, issues with kids, etc), and then we collaborate together to find solutions that fit your needs with the goal of a healthier, manageable and more fulfilling life. Also, I know that life is hectic and I do my best to accommodate your schedule at my physical office, as well as offering telemedicine services if that is more suitable for your busy schedule.
As a Counselor I have varied clinical interests. I have primarily been working with children and adolescents the past 8 years with a wide range of issues but I also have experience with adult issues (substance abuse, depression, anxiety, couples therapy).
