My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel free to explore all parts of yourself, even those you find difficult to share, and to encourage your awareness of yourself as a conscious observer of thoughts and feelings rather than being controlled by them. Therapy can feel heavy at times, but it can also be joyful, fun, warm, and invigorating.
