I have years of experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor helping people navigate their way to wellness. I provide counseling for adults and teens looking to heal from trauma, decrease stress, improve their mood, or cope with chronic illness. I specialize in mitigating the adverse effects of digital media consumption in adolescents.
In addition, I work alongside a therapy dog named Teddy to help you become the best version of you and let go of the past.
My approach is client centered, humanistic and authentic. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a modality designed to assist in healing from trauma and NIDHW certified in Tech Addiction & Digital Health. I also have extensive training and experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
I am part of a very talented team here at the Bridge. If I my caseload is full I will connect you with another therapist, acting as your liaison. Appointments are available in person and virtually, in English and Spanish.
