I work with adults navigating the intersection of substance use, mental health, and the life disruptions that come with both. I hold dual licensure (LCSW and LCADC), so you won't need separate providers for co-occurring concerns. I specialize where mental health and addiction intersect: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational difficulties treated as interconnected. I draw on psychodynamic, IFS, existential, CBT, DBT, and narrative approaches.
