I work with people who are in a process of healing, self understanding, and growth. Clients may be asking questions like: "Who am I? How do I be the best version of me? How do I foster the most loving supportive relationships in my life?" You may be struggling with big feelings related to: anxiety, depression, identity issues, interpersonal challenges, difficulties with motivation and focus, healing of trauma, and/or wrestling with life's big questions. Therapy, to me, is a highly collaborative process. You're driving the bus and I am here to help you navigate through a process of deep listening, reflection, and psychoeducation.
Sessions often focus on effective expression of emotions, needs, desires and boundaries. We look at relationships, working to strengthen communication skills and relational empathy. We may examine trauma, life goals or beliefs. We can do talk therapy, or add in art making, music and/or movement!
