I work with individuals and couples and multiple relationships. I believe person we engage with is a relationship in some manner, whether it's an intimate partner, friend, sibling, family or your relationship to self. I want to work with you if you are willing to engage the therapy process. Therapy is challenging and happens mostly outside of the one hour session a week (at most). I will meet you where you are at if you commit to do the hard work on your end.
I work with clients who have anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, stress, desire to improve life in almost any capacity. I like working with people who want to learn to build their emotional maturity. I work as an attachment therapist using our feelings/emotions as a resource to healing. I also work with trauma, grief/loss, EMDR, and many other areas.
