I am offering an individualized counseling experience centered around an intuitive and genuine connection. I work with my clients on exploring and gaining insight into the narrative patterns that keep them stuck in the cycles that cause their unhealthy symptoms. I focus on learning these patterns, challenging them with new perspective, and creating effective strategies so clients find an efficient way to change their lives without feeling dependent on coping skills or cookie cutter interventions.

I am working out of a small office near downtown in Bowling Green. I take a direct approach to the work I do and focus on relationship with the people that I serve. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and mature teenagers as well.
