I founded Blue House Therapy because I believe we are all worthy of living meaningful and fulfilling lives. I feel so honored to be able to work together with couples and individuals in exploring and writing their next chapter of life. You may be seeking counseling because you are aware there is something standing in your way, we could call this “the problem.” There is a saying that resonates with me, "you are not the problem, the problem is the problem." I especially enjoy working with couples who find there is something blocking them from the closeness they once felt for their partner.
When we take a step back and get a new perspective often what follows is a new awareness and alternative views that were previously hidden. Some “problems” include depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, marital or relationship issues, identity exploration (including LGBTQIA+), spiritual considerations, and career questions.
I believe you to be the author of your life, but sometimes we are unaware of the various influences that are trying to have a say. I do my best to offer a space where you feel accepted, comfortable and safe. Together we can begin to write a new chapter in your life. One you find fulfilling and meaningful.
