I founded Blue House Therapy (website under construction but it is up) because I believe we are all worthy of living meaningful and fulfilling lives. I feel so honored to be able to work together with couples and individuals in exploring and writing their next chapter of life. When we take a step back and get a new perspective often what follows is a new awareness and alternative views that were previously hidden. Some “problems” include depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, marital or relationship issues, identity exploration (including LGBTQIA+), spiritual considerations, and career questions.
I believe you to be the author of your life, but sometimes we are unaware of the various influences that are trying to have a say. I do my best to offer a space where you feel accepted, comfortable and safe. Together we can begin to write a new chapter in your life. One you find fulfilling and meaningful.
