I work with people who struggle with significant emotional and behavioral issues that cause them to feel disconnected from others. The people I work with often begin therapy feeling confused and hopeless about how they feel and behave in their closest relationships. For over a decade I have worked with people in both short- and long-term therapy to explore and overcome complex emotional issues. To orient myself in this work, I utilize Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, which focuses on making sense of deeper, more systemic struggles, issues that often stem from early relational trauma.
