I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in EMDR therapy and trauma treatment for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC adults. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chronic shame, or major life transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to untangle alone. I provide secure telehealth therapy to adults in Seattle, and New York City, as well as to residents across both Washington and New York State.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and thoughtful. I focus on building a therapeutic relationship that deepens your self-understanding and helps you move through life with more clarity.
