About
In helping to work through anxiety and depression my approach fosters greater self-awareness as a means toward overcoming harmful behavioral and emotional repetitions. My clients are typically professionals or students struggling with stress and transitional issues.
In addition to my general practice, I help address the needs of people with Asperger's Syndrome (AS). "Aspies" are high functioning--often gifted--individuals who struggle with pervasive social, emotional, and cognitive challenges. Sometimes referred to as high-functioning autistics, Aspies respond positively to therapies that include the use of behavior strategies.
