My experience is based on working in the community for 15 years, having worked in hospitals, schools and clinics supporting people who are each amazing in their own way. I use a combination of treatments to best support you, including Strengths-Based, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy.
I enjoy working and helping a wide range of people with different needs, including children, adolescents, adults, families and couples of all ages. I specialize in treatment for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, family-conflict, oppositional behaviors, obsessions/compulsions and substance use.
