Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Others are navigating their identity, major life transitions, relationships, or the pressures that can come from family, school, work, and life. I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults who are seeking a greater understanding, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful change. I’m also passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, and I understand how important it is to have a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted.
I provide compassionate, direct, and individualized therapy informed by my training in forensic social work, crisis intervention, and advocacy. I support clients while helping them build practical tools, insight, and confidence - all while prioritizing the therapeutic relationship to ensure you are seen, heard, and able to be yourself.
