As a trauma trained and trauma-informed practitioner, I use a variety of approaches that assist in problem solving that is dependent on a strong collaboration with you; this includes: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and dialectic-behavioral therapy (DBT), bottom- up, top-down, and lateral therapies that include EMDR.
