I like to solve problems. I use a strength-based, Imago couples trained, family systems approach. I focus on reducing relationship conflict, improving communication, and developing closeness for individuals, couples, and families. I am skilled in making positive changes happen. I lanched WellnessRI because I believe integral to a caring approach is coordinating with other medication and counseling providers in the practice.
My style is interactive. Clients find that I create a warm environment of acceptance, insight, and compassion in which they feel safe to explore and to learn new skills.
