I primarily work with clients who are dealing with LGBTQIA+ issues, self esteem issues, life changes, depression, grief, and Social Anxiety Disorder. They work passionately in session towards meeting their therapeutic goals, exploring difficult topics, confronting their problems head on and creating the change they want to see in their lives.
I believe that a skilled therapist should have a large toolbox and as such I seek to find creative ways to integrate multiple modalities into my client’s treatment. Some of my specific modalities of interest are Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Therapy is not an easy process and it is exactly because of this that I view my clients with the utmost respect and admiration. I am continually inspired by the unparalleled resilience, bravery and determination they show. If you you think we would be a good fit, I warmly encourage you to reach out. I would be honored to partner with you on your journey.

Virtual Gay Men's Processing Group

The Gay Men's Processing Group provides a safe and supportive space for men to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, with a focus on the unique challenges faced by gay men. Participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, drawing from readings of Alan Downs' The Velvet Rage. You will develop a deeper understanding of how shame-based trauma and societal pressures shape your identity and relationships, explore your sexuality and forge connections in a non-judgmental space, gain tools to navigate shame and cultivate self-acceptance, and experience a holistic approach to wellness.
