I utilize a combination of different therapy modalities such as, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Rogerian Person-Centered Therapy. I use these approaches to assist with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction, and more to reduce symptoms and create comfort.
