Andrew Capone Jr., LPCMH, helps individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. Serving clients throughout Delaware, he provides individual and group therapy to teens, adults, and seniors who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, substance use, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Andrew has a particular passion for supporting individuals with trauma histories, PTSD, and co-occurring substance use issues. He understands how deeply trauma can affect a person’s sense of safety, self-worth, and daily functioning.
Through a thoughtful blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices, Andrew works collaboratively with clients to reduce distress, build emotional resilience, and strengthen personal identity in the aftermath of adversity.
