I work with men, women, adolescents, and couples who are navigating relationship challenges, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or a desire for deeper self‑understanding. Many come to therapy wanting support in building resilience, improving communication, or finding clarity in moments of transition. I offer a grounded, validating space where clients can explore their experiences and reconnect with their strengths. Alongside our team, I help clients move forward with greater emotional regulation, insight, and confidence.
I specialize in trauma work, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics. I use CBT, mindfulness‑based therapy, EMDR, and tools from the Gottman Method and EFT to support individuals and couples. My approach is flexible and collaborative, helping clients heal, grow, and strengthen their sense of purpose.
