It’s my job to help you notice with curiosity where the past negatively affects your present, and help you change the patterns that no longer work for you.
I help people make room for difficult feelings. The work we will do is not to make negative feelings go away, but rather to have greater control over how you respond. Therapy gives you the skills to notice and live with difficult feelings, while simultaneously building on your strengths to pursue the things that are important to you and live your best life.
Change is inevitable, and although some changes are more difficult than others, I believe you have the potential to grow and adapt with a little effort and mindful intention.
