Hi! My name is Andrew. Do you feel like you struggle to handle difficult emotions, to manage your daily living, or have exceedingly high standards for yourself that negatively impact your life? I have a wealth of experience helping clients be able to process their negative experiences at the root and surface level, create better executive functioning, work through perfectionism, and build meaningful relationships. I believe that therapy can offer tools to help us treat ourselves more fairly and be able to better manage the demands of our lives.
When working with my clients I seek to help them notice the barriers they are encountering in pursuit of a valuable life and help them build better structures and support. Whether its anxiety, expectations, pressures to perform, or any other difficulty we can encounter I believe there's no issue that can't be managed through building better skills.
Change is inevitable, and although some changes are more difficult than others, I believe you have the potential to grow and adapt with a little effort and mindful intention!
