Are you a parent looking for support for your child, teen, young adult or yourself? You’ve come to the right place. I am one of the Co-Founders of Behavioral Health and Performance L.L.C. I specialize in helping young people and parents manage big emotions, life transitions, and performance pressures in school, social settings, and sports. As a Licensed Psychologist, Certified School Psychologist, and Sport Psychologist, I provide a supportive space to build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being an all arenas of life.
I treat clients from 7 years old to adults for a variety of issues including ADHD, autism, OCD, anxiety, depression, executive functioning deficits, PTSD, school refusal, Tourette syndrome, and acting out behaviors. I am also a Psypact provider meaning I can provide therapy services virtually in up to 42 different states.
While therapy may be time limited, my goal is to help clients develop lasting, healthy habits that support long-term well-being. I believe in building meaningful connections by using humor, metaphors, and storytelling to bring key concepts to life. I approach each session with authenticity and warmth, encouraging my clients to do the same.
