We are all people, sharing a common experience on this planet. You know and have experienced things I have not, and vice versa. I have a wide range of experiences with all shades of life: Men's mental health, postpartum challenges, grief and loss, eating disorders, anxiety and depression, trauma, relationships, identity and change. I offer my insight and perspective on your experiences. I am non-judgmental and believe it is the relationship between two people that creates healing. My narrative training allows for us to take an active role in editing a story as it is being written. It's not about living right, right off the bat. It's about finding out what's right for you and about you.
