I am highly skilled with CBT and have extensive training with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other exposure based approaches.

As Director of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Post Masters Certificate Program at New York University, I am always up to date with the newest and latest therapy techniques. I bring this and my years of experience into my practice to offer my clients the best help possible.
