We are all driven for a need of connection or protection. While we may have behaviors or patterns of thought that served us at a previous time, they may now be maladaptive or destructive to our current relationships and lives. For many of us, self-discovery of how we were impacted by the past and what we desire for the future is truly an awakening experience.
I offer an authentic and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I seek to understand my clients and help them improve their awareness about how their personal experiences, mind, and body have shaped their patterns of actions and belief. I facilitate the application of skills and practices that feel right for my clients and help monitor their progress.
