Life’s pressures can be difficult to manage, and you don’t have to face them alone. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can process emotions, gain clarity, and find healing. My approach to therapy is personalized and holistic, addressing emotional, mental, and spiritual needs with compassion and care. As a bilingual Latino therapist (Spanish/English), I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds. (Note that I am currently not accepting couples for therapy.)
I can help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, insecurities, conflict resolution, and relationship issues. I also help you process political anxiety and stress related to the current social climate. Additionally, I provide specialized support for those experiencing religious trauma, whether stemming from negative church experiences or crises of faith.
