I am a Latina bilingual (Spanish-speaking) therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed by the expectations and needs of others, who may struggle with guilt, setting boundaries, putting their own needs first, and are learning to make more space for themselves. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, past trauma, and major life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I believe therapy is not about having someone give you all the answers or simply trying to make difficult feelings go away.
